    Our ConnectOne plug and go! service is designed for SOHO business owners looking for all the benefits and savings of a VoIP service but don't want the hassle of managing a complex PBX, just plug-n-go!


    The ConnectOne service is simple...

    1. Sign up for an Account
    2. Choose a Phone / Plan below
    3. Place an Order & Pay
    4. Plug it in to your broadband
    5. Start calling, as you are good to go!

    It's an all inclusive service for a flat monthly fee including the phone. The service includes similar features as our BizFone plan including, 2x iNUM, 1x DID numbers, 2x calling lines and 22.5c p/minute mobile calls and 14.5c untimed local / nationwide calls.

    ConnectOne Offer terms:

    • The offer is subject to a minimum 12 months contract for services
    • The equipment is on rental and remains the property of RazorTEL at all times
    • Early contract termination renders the oustanding contract balance payable immediately in full
    • The renter is liable for all damage to the equipment during the rental contract term
    • Monthly payments are due in advance and all payments are to be made by direct debit
    • A security bond of $25 and the first months rental are due upon signing the rental agreement
    • Full technical and customer support is included for the rental contract period.


    On contract expiry the are three options regarding the rental equipment

    1. Buy out the phone and continue on a reduced monthly rate
    2. Upgrade to a new model and sign another 12 months term agreement
    3. Return the equipment and end the rental contract agreement.
